Assalamu alaikum wa romatullohi wa barokatuh.
Sungguh luar biasa perjalanan ibadah ini.
Sesuatu yang luar biasa bagi kami adalah kesabaran para pengelola Travel Fatuha.
Tidak pernah tampak dari mereka keluh kesah dan ucapan yang yang menyakiti hati.
Tidak pula tampak dari mereka mimik yang mengecewakan.
Jazahumullohu khoiron wa barokallohu fihim (semoga Allah membalasi mereka dengan kebaikan, dan semoga Allah memberkahi mereka)
Sungguh sebuah tim yang luar biasa.
Terima kasih terkhusus kepada Ust. Dzulqarnain, Riswan Ilyas, Luqman Hakim, Pak Nawawi dan tim beliau di Saudi.

pengalaman kami sekeluarga umroh bersama fatuha :
- Alhamdulillah sangat puas karena yg kami dapat lebih dari yg di tawarkan dibrosur
-Banyak bantuan yang kami dapatkan dari pengurus2 yang siap dan tanggap membantu serta pembimbing yang memperhatikan kebutuhan jama’ah
- Hanya di fatuha ini kami mendapat faedah sangat banyak dari ceramah2 ustadz Dzulqarnaen hafizhahullah selama di perjalanan.
- Kami sangat berharap bisa umroh atau haji bersama fatuha lagi.

√ Hampir Disetiap City Tour Baik di Madinah maupun Mekkah Ada Tausiyah dari Al ustadz Dzulqarnain, Tausiyah Yang Bukan hanya Menceritakan Sebuah Destinasi yang kita kunjungi tapi juga banyak Sirah Sirah Nabi Shalallahualaihi wasallam dan sahabat sahabat
√ Di Brosur Penawaran Umrohnya hampir sama dg sama Travel Umroh lainnya,tapi kenyataannya Setelah Sampai di Madinah dan Mekkah ada kunjungan ke ke kakiyah,minum susu Camel dan daging Camel(Baru ini melihat Camel langsung di Saudi).
√ Yang Sangat menyenangkan Ustadz Dzulqarnain benar benar membimbing sampai full(Thawaf dan Sa'i), Sampai beliau tengok kanan kiri dan menunggu dg sabar serta mencarikan kursi bagi Jama'ah kelelahan Disetiap putaran Sai
√ Ketemu King Salman Kecil Berlari lari kecil Bersama Ustadz Dzulqarnain waktu Sai,setelah itu kepalanya Botak deh

Fatuha's 10-days Umrah Program
We were interested in participating in Umrah with Fatuha, since the flyer highlighted Al Ustadh Dzulqarnain Sunusi and the Umrah timetable fit into our summer holiday schedule.
The Jakarta teams took care of us with such generosity, treating us like royalty as they assisted us with the paperwork and baggage handling, making sure that all went smoothly, Alhamdulillaah. We were served Indonesian cuisine before boarding and warmly welcomed after returning from umrah.
IBADAAH
An amazing spiritual journey for our newest pilgrims, Jasmine, Aisha, and Salman. It seems like they have new family members among the pilgrims.
During our ibadah in Al Haramains, we performed as many salah as we could. Both Masjid Al Haramains make us feel safe.
Ustadh Dzulqarnain hafidhahullah had a great deal of expertise guiding pilgrims, including performing the tawaf and salah at Maqam Ibrahim, pausing to pray at Marwa Safa, altering the speed when Sai, and still being able to go quickly when the light is green.
RAUDAH
In Raudah, Sr. Masrifah, our guide, was quite skilled at managing both large and small groups. She led, nurtured, and oversaw us in a calm, responsible, and nimble manner. Even if we only briefly met in the early morning darkness, she would still be quite familiar with each pilgrim's whereabouts (this happened when my mum was looking for Jasmine). Allahumma baarik Sr. Masrifah.
Also, in the male section, I learned that proficiency in Arabic was made simple for discussion and negotiation with the local authorities. This occurred when one pilgrim was unable to provide his queue barcode and forgot his ID card. Allahumma baarik mas Nabil
HOTEL
Alhamdulillah, the hotels are convenient and close to Masjid Al Haramains. And the rooms are set up in the right order. Despite not being connected, they still have the nicest view and are still next to my family room. Allahumma baarik Abu Zaydan.
LOST AND PROPERTY
Our tour guide, Mas Nabil, always prioritized all of us whenever we had concerns, in particular losing our belongings. With the help of Mas Nabil, we were all able to get the one we misplaced. Thank you so much to Mas Nabil and the team.

The primary significance is a reminder of the fundamentals of umrah and its advantages, both now and in the future. Take every trip with lessons in accordance with the Quran and the Sunnah. Additionally, in his free time, we are welcome to ask Ustadh Dzulqarnain any inquiries about the lesson.
The tour guide is reliable, punctual, and constantly reminds the pilgrims.

When Ustadh told us a narrative during his lecture on the way to Taif, we gained knowledge of Rasulullah's stand for Islam and how we might relate to the circumstances that were portrayed there.
Additionally, Fatuha treated us to a surprise meal of chicken-lamb mandi rice and kunefe, the best Arab food ever served in Taif.
-- Al Kakiyyah - The Wholesale Market
On the last day we spent in Makkah, Fatuha took us to the most affordable wholesale market, which sells a wide range of goods. We can buy bulk or unit items. The best shopping location ever for window shopping. If we know initially about this market, we wouldn't buy anything from other markets. I finally got the tapestry door kaabah of my dreams. We appreciate Abu Zaydan and his teams for consistently reminding us to make dua before going to the market.
MY REFLECTIVE
By outlining different Arab regions, ranging from rural to urban.
How challenging life really is. From the rubbish collector to the perfume manufacturer, from the camel milk farmer to the fruit seller and the date street vendor.
Allaah Al Adil and Allaah Al Ghaniyy have guaranteed our lives, regardless of where we live or we are from. The only one on whom life trusts and depends is Allah.
We sincerely apologize for our behavior, our shortcomings, and any our mistakes that may have happened during our togetherness. Alhamdulillah. Thank you.
